Raw data was processed in python using Specdal and\r\nFieldSpecUtils packages. First, regions of spectrometer overlap (1000 and 1800 nm) were averaged and spliced. Next, spectra were linearly interpolated to correspond to wavelengths of 1nm spacing. Then, the relative reflectance spectra were multiplied by the white reference panel’s known laboratory calibrated reflectance profile to yield absolute reflectance.
