{"ob_id":34649,"uuid":"fbf06d6f3c9b4469926d79be38a5cf63","title":"Anomalies of Biogeochemical Parameters in the Tropical Region (TROPBGC)","abstract":"This dataset contains biogeochemical parameter anomalies, calculated from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS-Aqua) (Chlorophyll Concentration), GLOBAL_MULTIYEAR_BGC_001_029 and MULTIOBS_GLO_BIO_CARBON_SURFACE_REP_015_008 datasets. \r\n\r\nData was taken from existing datasets, from National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) the MODIS-Aqua satellite (chlorophyll) and from Copernicus Marine System 2 biogeochemical sets called GLOBAL_MULTIYEAR_BGC_001_029 (https://doi.org/10.48670/moi -00019) and MULTIOBS_GLO_BIO_CARBON_SURFACE_REP_015_008 (https://doi.org/10.48670/moi-00047), from which the anomalies were computed and the files were created using the following Matlab functions:\r\n\r\n1- Humberto L. Varona. (2021). mNC: A tool for Oceanographers and Meteorologists to easily create their NetCDF files using Matlab (1.0). Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5572749\r\n2- Humberto L. Varona. (2021). CalcPlotAnomaly: Matlab function set for the calculation and plotting of anomalies (1.01).
