Abstract
The marine component of the UKCP18 project is comprised of:
A multi-model ensemble of sea level projections for UK waters which extend to 2100 and include contributions from glaciers, ice sheets, freshwater reservoirs, groundwater and thermal expansion.
A multi-model ensemble of historical sea level simulations for UK waters from 1970 to 2006.
Case studies of three short events.
Simulated impacts of mean sea level change on tidal characteristics around the UK.
