Abstract
The monthly global oceanic POC data for 1997-2020 was produced using the Ocean Colour Climate Change Initiative remote sensing reflectance product, Version 4.2. The POC data has been calculated using the Stramski et al. (2008) empirical POC band ratio algorithms. References can be found in the documentation section.
