Abstract
The Radar Applications in Northern England (RAIN-E) was a collaboration between the National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS), the University of Leeds and the Environment Agency. The aim of the project was to collect high spatial and temporal resolution observations of precipitation over Cumbria and assess the benefits for flood forecasting.
RAIN-E was funded by the Environment Agency.
