Abstract
The Bear Lake Observatory (BLO) is a mid-latitude upper atmospheric-ionospheric observatory that also supports satellite and other ground-based measurement campaigns. The observatory is operated by the Center for Atmospheric and Space Sciences (CASS), Utah State University.
