Johnson-Williams Liquid Water Content Meter onboard the Met Office Meteorological Research Flight (MRF)) C-130.
Operating principle:
Hot wire instrument. Liquid contacts sample wire. Liquid evaporates, altering resistance of wire with comparison to control wire shielded against liquid.
