Get a list of Observation objects.

### Available end points:

- `/observations/` - Will list all Results in the database
- `/observations.json` - Will return all Results in json format. This can
also be achieved by using the accept header. `application/json`
- `/observations/<object_id>/` - Returns Results object with that id

### How to use filters:

These filters can be used like django query filters using __ for related model relationships.

    "abstract": "The Climate change in the Arctic – North Atlantic Region and Impacts on the UK Large Ensemble (CANARI LE) priority variables are a subset of the output from a Large Ensemble using the HadGEM3.1 model to simulate 40 realisations of 150 years of historical and future climate (a total of 6000 years of simulation). \r\n\r\nThe historical simulations (HIST2) run from 1950 to 2014, after which they continue using the SSP3-70 (SSP370) scenario forcing (historical and scenario forcings as used in CMIP6). \r\n\r\nThe model used is the medium resolution configuration of HadGEM3.1-MM used for CMIP6, with the Unified Model atmosphere at N216 (~60km) and the NEMO ocean at 0.25°. \r\n\r\nThe baseline performance of the CANARI LE is described in Schiemann et al. 2026 https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2026-2281 \r\n\r\nThe 40 realisations are initialised using a combination of initial conditions from eight simulations which began in 1850 with five additional initial condition perturbations applied to each of those in 1950.  The priority variable subset includes fields from the atmosphere, land surface, ocean and sea-ice, at a range of temporal frequencies.\r\n\r\nCMIP6 is the sixth phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6 of the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP).\r\n\r\nSSP3-70 is a future scenario in the upper middle part of the range of CMIP6 scenarios. \r\n\r\nThis work was supported through the NERC CANARI award: NE/W004984/1",
