Abstract
Observation stations within the ESAWWIND (Enhanced Synoptic Automatic Weather Station WIND) Station Network transmit their observations in the form of an ESAWWIND message. The ESAWWIND message transmits mean hourly wind and gust measurements made by Enhanced Synoptic Automatic Weather Stations (ESAW).
